Pinascos Flytech is a complete exchange alternator and ignition.
It offers besides a lower flywheel mass a dynamic ignition timing with 8° adjustment range. This results in a significantly improved acceleration behaviour as well as a higher operational reliability due to a reduced ignition angle with increasing speed.
The smaller fan blades with a newly calculated profile allow a noticeable and measurable increase in performance without reducing the cooling capacity in the upper speed range.
Compared to a Vespatronic or Vespower ignition the magnetic core of the Flytech is sealed off with a stable metal sheet. This protects the ignition base plate and coils from damage in the event of a magnet breaking. The ignition has a puller thread as it is used in the original rotor.
