The Italian forge OTTOPUNTOUNO offers a complete solution for converting an old Vespa Smallframe Fork to Disc Brake. Here, the entire front Suspension Arm is replaced along with the Brake Drum and brake.
- CNC milled
- Radial bolted Brake Caliper
- Plug and play for original Fork
The Suspension Arm is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy and is milled from solid material. The Shock Absorber is bolted to the same Axle as the Wheel Hub. This is intended to reduce the tendency of the Fork to dip under braking. The system is known in a similar form from "anti-dive" kits. No modification to the Fork or Mudguard is necessary for installation. There is no track offset and the Speedometer Gearing is also included. This means that the conversion can also be easily retrofitted. Thanks to the original-look Wheel Hub, the appearance of the scooter does not change on the replacement wheel side. The brake is compatible with 10 inch rims.
