Intake Manifold MALOSSI 136cc MK II direct intake, for PHBL 24/25/TM 24, for Vespa 90-125/PV/ET3/PK/S/XL/2 inner diameter: 24mm, outer diameter: 30mm, reed valve, rubber connection
The design of the MALOSSI 136cc means it is perfectly suited for conversion to a direct intake on the cylinder. Bidding farewell to the disc valve control enables a bigger intake cross section which makes the cylinder and corresponding peripherals a genuine performance package over the entire rev range. We can offer the required intake manifolds with the 22mm (for the Malossi 112cc) and 24mm (for the Malossi 136cc) outlet to match the DELL'ORTO PHBL 25/25. The intake manifold is attached with a rubber connection. The kit includes the reed valve block and all of the small components required for installation and assembly.
Conclusion: Old school tuning at its finest. Gives the Malossi a real boost.
TIP: Fit carburettors of up to 30mm with the MRP connection piece (part no 22159161). For fine tuning try the reed valve plates (e.g.: part no 27561400) in different thickness levels (thinner = better throttle absorption at low revs, thicker = higher revs).
