With different spring strengths you can determine the speed range at which the frictional connection of the clutch should take place. If you install harder springs, the clutch engages at higher speeds. A properly tuned clutch gives you the important milliseconds at the start and decides on the 1/8 mile on well & hard!
As lubricant we recommend the BGM Pro Street gear oil (BGM2025, meets specification API GL-3).
