The KR CNC gear shift offers:
- Smoother detent points without using a stronger spring
- Positive connection between the shift shaft and the shift arm

High quality, in Germany CNC manufactured components are installed in the body of a new original gear shift. The completely newly manufactured shifting gate combines perfect shifting precision with a massively improved durability of the components. This is achieved by a change in the flank profile of the detent as well as CNC manufactured and hardened components in the area of the shifting arm / shifting block. The new profile of the gear detent engages much more firmly, but still allows the original spring to be used. This protects all components and the shifting force on the handlebars remains low. The CNC manufactured shift arm is connected to the new shifting gate by a profile. A high strength bushing (10.9) connects the shifting arm permanently and securely (no taper pin as original). The solid, hardened shift arm/caliper block offers an enormously high wear resistance.
