Who doesn't know the problem: You buy a nice exhaust and then it doesn't fit with the main stand.
Particularly with modern, large exhaust systems a collision can happen very fast.
Features:

Nothing has to be changed / drilled on the frame!
Very stable. The tread plate is spared, since the weight is better distributed.
A side stand can still be mounted in addition.

FAQ / Frequently asked questions:
Do I have to drill holes in the frame?
-No. The offset plate is attached to the original holes for the main stand. The main stand is then screwed to the offset plate. All screws and nuts are included in delivery.
Vibrates the sheet metal?
-No. It is made of very strong, 3mm thick stainless steel and is even more rigid due to the folded edges. Additionally the front level is a little bit higher than the back level. Thus the offset plate is "clamped" against the frame at the front when screwed down.
